Who processes your data

Contact form and email

When you write to me through the form or by email, I process your name, email address, the date and place of the event and the text of your message. I use this data only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange our work together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Messages from the form are sent to my email and, so that none get lost, a backup copy is stored on the server and deleted automatically after one year. If we do not end up working together, I keep the enquiry for no longer than 3 years. If we do, I keep the contract and invoice details for as long as the law requires (usually 10 years).

Photographs

I publish photographs from shoots on this website, the blog and social media only with the consent of the people photographed, which can be withdrawn at any time. Just write to me and I will remove the photographs.

Visitor statistics and cookies

This website uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors. For anonymous visitor statistics (page views, most read pages, device type, country) I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or store IP addresses to track visitors.

Who else has access to the data

I do not sell your data or share it for marketing. These processors help me:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: running the website, sending and backing up form messages, visitor statistics
• Google (Gmail): the mailbox where messages arrive

These companies may process data outside the EU (USA). Such transfers comply with the GDPR, in particular under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to hellopeterphotography@gmail.com and I will reply within one month.

If you believe I am not handling your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz, or with the data protection authority in your country.
